I don't see him officially in,do you? If I've put the current emperor in,no other had a chance to win.

The chance to be elected,is equal for current and non-current emperors.
When I inserted every race,the ban of the actual emperor could not be done.
There is no 2 periods of rule at maximum for the job as new space emporer.

The emperor is not in (officially) = yes. Why? I wanted people to vote for their opinions who to be a thinkable successor.

We all know,there is no need for a new Emperor!
The actual will survive any Gw turn in 40k history.His grasp on command is not to be given to a ursurper.
As the election showed,most votes go for C'tan (ursurping the crown) or farsight (as only reliable tau).
The other candidates just lacked support.

Conclusion: if the galaxy had to vote for a new spase emporer, the silent work of c'tan supportes could bring the races down.
