I'm looking for some revolvers and other bad boy weapons for my boyz at the moment, and I was wondering if anyone new of a company that made some? I've had a look at heresy, but I don't know if they'll be big and clunky enough for orks. I'm also looking for shotguns, chainsaws, axes, maces and any other big and killy looking weapons. If anyone knows anywhere I could get some it'd be much appreciated.

...I probably should have PMed Kyoto with this eh?

Opinions are like arseholes. Everyone's got one and they all stink.

You know, the goliath gangers in Necromunda used to have stuff like that... Not sure where you´d get them these days though. :S

There is an actual ork revolver in the deff kopta kit currently on sale on the GW site. Not sure what you'd have to do to get the bit on its own these days though. If you find someone that wants to get rid of some old Gorkamorka plastics, there's at least a six-shoota and a shotgun on those sprues. I remember there were metal weapon packs available back in those days too.. guess they've been OOP since the turn of the milennium or so though :(

On the plus side, Heresy weapons should work perfectly well for everything except putting weapons in the boys' hands. It usually looks fine with slightly small weapons on belts, backs etc.

Maybe check out the toy aisle of your local store and see what kind of action figure accessories they've got?

Also, 1/35 scale weapons kits are about the right size for 40k.

Guinness: for those who are men of the cloth and football fans, but not necessarily in that order.

I think the lesson here is the best way to enjoy GW's games is to not use any of their rules.--Crimson Devil
