try the chaos terminator spru, they have some you can cut off. Or just glue two bolter together

The Chaos Lord has a pretty cool-looking Twin-Linked Bolter. And yes, it's plastic.

you take 2 bolters, file them down on opposite sides, glue them together, stick some spiky bits on it and voila, your very own combi-bolter.
