Ive been wondering, I have heard several rumors on forge world emperors children and thousand sons upgrade packs. does anyone know more?

I haven't heard regarding FW, but if you are looking for some upgrade packs, I found in the GW site for bits packs you can get 5 Sonic Blasters and one Blastmaster for $17. Actually, much cheaper than before buying them individually. They also still have the Emperor's Children Shoulder pads.

They will come eventually I'd expect, but don't hold your breath.

Nurgle and Khorne are covered in Siege of Vraks at the moment. Whether the other two get involved in the next Volume I dunno, but until then, nothing!

Sonic blaster bitz pack is indeed fine.

Shame GW UK *still* have not uploaded the 5x melta gun bitz pack to their shambling nonsense of an online store yet. But it's only been months after all...

Well, they did upgrade kits for death guard, and Ive seen pics with thesame for world eaters... Makes me assume the same for the other two cult legions.

FW has actually made some Emperor's Children bitz, but they never made it to release, for whatever reason. Pictures of the parts still in their mould have circulated the interwebs for a number of years.

The bitz appear to include Terminator components, slaanesh-specific weaponry and miscellany.

I thought those where a proposed plastic upgrade sprue.

You would imagine the Forgeworld stuff would be better.

Well, those pieces are resin, and they're sitting inside a silicon mould, so they're either FW or test shots for some other medium. Could be that they were too underwhelming to go into production, it wouldn't be the first time FW holds back a model it deems too "meh".
