Looking great.

I think a little bit finer, and possibly less highlighting could do some good in keeping him black. As you have him highlighted now, he's got a very blue tint. A little bit more selective in your highlighting and I think you'll be spot on!

Personally I really like the use of highlighting. Its looking almost cartoony. Looks fantastic. Nice clear, smooth paintwork!

Orkses is never defeated in battle. If we win we win, if we die we die fighting so it don't count. If we runs for it we don't die neither, cos we can come back for annuver go, see!

The 2nd models highlights are much better, the first look too thick.

Love the jump pack conversion and the use of the NMM gold again looks great.

Only other criticism so far is that the base looks a bit monotone, but it may be the same colour being on the rim and on top.

Can't see the figure in RL, but the chains need more color. You've basically got a bunch of white dashes on the power fist there giving it a bit of a hedgehog look.

These are some nice models. I really like the Emperor's Champion more than the Assault Marine, but they've both got their appeal.

I would go with the second paint scheme.

Very nicely donw. I actually enjoy both of them quite a bit. Same goes for your overall painting technique. Your thousand son army is off the hook.

Wow... just... Wow. Incredibly nice painting, I'm absoultly loving the champion. Awesome Model as it is, but the power fist is a nice touch.

The random detailing on things like the jump packs really make each model unique. Of course the other things like base and pose do as well.. but the small details are what really catches my eye. Good work! I'd like to see them all when they're done.

Very cool looking. So many BT armies that I've seen are very bland and details completely lost on the tabletop.

Yours have a very distinct look and you pull out great details for each model.

Thanks for sharing. I look forward to seeing more of your army.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Love your brushwork Develain, excellent work as usual.

The head swaps are a nice touch, and I love the tank wheel caps on the jump packs, gives it a nice RT feel. Kudos!
