Just spotted one of the new Gift Voucher Cards from GW.
It's seemingly a new pic of Ragnar Blackmane. Make of that what you will.

Hmm... how about laminating it and using it as a novelty coffee cup mat (or coaster for you Americans out there).
On a more serious note, is this on GW's website or did you see it instore?

Possible artwork for work in progress Codex then? Lot's of people have been muttering about a release for Space Puppies this year, but with Imperial Guard, Necrons and Dark Eldar also attracting rumour mongering, that would make it a crowded year for 40K. I can't see all of these making a 2009 appearance...

Well, you never know. Quite a good Fantasy showing this year, with Daemons, Dark Elves, Vampire Counts AND Hordes of Chaos. 4 in a year now has precedence!
And I suspect, seeing as it was full colour, I might just have spied the Cover Art for the Space Wolves. Bolt Pistol Blazing, Frostfang (his Chainsword thingy) held out behind, legging it forwards.

I suspect it was this perhaps ?
Sorry if so.
There is however the other piece of artwork floating around called "Battle for The Fang"

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

Looks more like artwork for a Black Library novel, not a codex.

Indeed, it's by the same guy who did the Heldenhammer cover and the forthcoming Sigmar :Empire book.
I wonder if this might be/have been for the Abnett wolf book ? They don't look heresy era though, so perhaps it's just a piece that hasn't found a home yet or something ?

doesn't mean it's not coming, they did the eisenhorn books for inquisitor's release, why else would they be repackaging the already available space wolf omnibus?

Vompire, welcome to Dakka. Please use punctuation in the future. You’re arguments will be sign with greater merit and you’ll avoid people calling you on it.
