Does anyone have any updates on the status of Dust Tactics?

Originally, the games was due for release around November or December of 2008, I think?

No updates on the official site or or FFG's site (I think they'll be distributing the game in the US), so I was wondering if anyone else knows anything?

Thanks!

It's been delayed!?!?! Those liars! I'll kill them in the face!! It' probably because it's PPP!!

No... wait... it's not being associated with Rackham anymore? I'm sure there's some sort of reasonable explanation.

Isn't FFG notorious for failing to keep their releases on date?

Release has been anounced for first quarter 2009. The anouncement is at least 2-3 three months old.

Well, it is news to me.

And news that, as far as I could see, wasn't readily available on the 'official' Dust site.

Where did you get the news?

Is there a better place to go for updates?

And one could read it on the websites of TGN and FFG.

I'll refrain from asking you for a translation...

Sadly, I actually did search those sites, with no luck. My search-fu has weakened...

As far as I could tell, the only point Dust ever had was to feature Palo's top-heavy artwork, and occasionally give us neat models and action figures... I never understood how it continues as an 'active' franchise after the abominable promotional comic he released...

I'm just holding out for at least one wave of releases so I can purchase some walkers/mechs for SECRETS OF THE THIRD REICH...

And maybe DUST too, if it is any good!

It is looking grim though, isn't it?

I had read that, but I had read on one of the sculptors personal blogs(with pictures) that one of his figures was soon to be released. Mayhaps we'll see some of the pieces released before the rules?

Edit: Found the blog, but it's from 2008(!).
