TF2 is so hard to play with pubs. No teamwork = no fun IMO. Glad to see that things are finally rolling along though. I can't wait until they come out with a demo man update. Maybe some trip mines or something for an updated weapon. who knows?
And wow, the ineptitude of some scouts?
Is amazing.
But, to be fair, alot of the achievements that I've seen for Scouts don't really encourage them to play nice with others, or even to really attempt objectives.

You should try to find a nice community and GET A MIC. Try playing on Lotus, CP, (control point, no, not child porn ) F7 lans, and various other group servers. They genrally have at least one good person on there with a mic that tells the noobs what to do, which in many cases= teamwork
Have to agree with pizzaman. Find a good server and contribute. You'll see the same people and will be able to work together.
I'm not a fan of the bonk ignoring ubers. Rockets bounce off but a good bonk will pretty much ruin the uber. What makes it worse is I never see any scouts in the top half of the scores. Maybe it is because I play Warpath all the time.
