Been playing halo for ages now and decided i might aswell put together a montage, but now comes the problem

how do i remove them from my halo file share on the 360 and put them onto my comp?
if anyone one knows how to then that would be great

You ought to check the Bungee site, there's a special service there where you pay a fee and let Bungie copy your recorded games onto their servers and from there to your computer.

Thats my problem though

i cant even register my account on bungie since my live add. was lost, cant even remember my password for it, so i cant sign into it and register.

Only way i can do it would be through my file share on the 360.

If you can't use bungie's render-to-video service, there are (or were) other sites that offered the same thing. The alternative is buying a video capture device and doing the job yourself, though unless you plan on using the thing a lot I wouldn't recommend it - I've gotten bugger all use out of mine.

Thanks dread, i may end up paying someone to do it for me lol, just annoyed that i lost my live add. so i cant do it all on bungie.

with any luck i can push a friend into doing it for me

if i can get the clips off then it should be easy enough since i dont want to piss about with all the screen effects people use.
