Hey there,
I first played 40k when I was around about 7 years old... but it was too expensive so I left with a motely collection of noobmarines.
I'm 18 now and I got back into 40k around about 3 weeks ago... and already blew all my savings I'd built up since Christmas; I felt forced to retain my status as a noobmarine since I already had the aforementioned units... being an Attack Bike, two bikes, a Rhino, two scouts and a tactical squad.
Anyhoo, I'm full of questions and this looked like the best community site; I'll be posting my army list and asking some questions about miniatures and rules 
Currently my army consists of four tactical squads, a devastator squad, command squad, captain, terminator squad, terminator chaplain, three bikes, the attack bike, the Rhino, a landspeeder and a mix-and-match (noobstyle) scout squad with Sergeant Telion at the lead.
Today I'm hoping to buy a razorback or two... and some vanguard veterans (but I am having problems... will post in the relevant forum).
