For those who read my previous battle report you should be happy to know that I have finished the last of the campaign books!
This battle takes place at the blood angels last fortress on the planet of Rikal IV in which they must defend it or risk being wiped out by the never ending horde of orks. In this battle report you'll find much more than a simple play by play as I have included tons of pictures, comedy elements, fluff and the entire ruleset that we used so you can see why the game was such a blast for everyone involved. Also check the book for ideas for your own custom terrain and boards as most of it was built by myself
In all the game lasted 14 solid hours and pitted the Blood Angels, Tau and a city defense force against the Orks and their chaos space marine allies with each side having 23,000 points
Here are some preview pictures from the book
DOWNLOAD the pdf HERE
Also you may download the previous Rikal IV battle report HERE

Can you post up number 2 soon?

And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it. |

I have a question Shas'el Exerci, and Shas' O Castri are they official units because I cant find any reference to them or are they unique characters you made just for hte campaign. The reason Im asking is I was wondering if its okay to do made up unique characters for a campaign as long as you dont make said character ridicuously over powered.

Hey thanks for reading. Everything that has a datasheet in the PDF are custom characters with custom rules (only exception is Dante who follows his standard rules). Feel free to use them if you want and they are fairly balanced as I made my players submit them so I could look them over. However, some of the characters had additional rules which arent represented in Apoc battles so I left them out or changed them to fit and you'll notice some minor rule differences between battles to keep their abilities relevant.
In our next campaign scheduled to start in december you'll get all new characters for imperial guard, eldar, tau and orks
