Anyone has any experience with them before? I heard about cases of people not receiving their orders, and their emails not replied for more than a month.

I hope its just here-say, I've just order a few things on monday.

Hi there, have you paid yet? If not, I would strongly suggest you withhold payment for awhile. Personally, I actually emailed them enquiring on their promotions. Sent various reminders- no replies. Called them a few times during office hours, no response.


Might be a scam in this case - maybe they hav gone out of biz or the owner is simply irresponsible or offer poor service. But in any case, better to find out more about them before placing orders.

Already paid. Im not up to the 'takes 10 days to deliver' yet. But now im worried i won't get my minis or money back. I paid through paypal so may have some kind of come back.

I've placed a large order with them before. It took a little while to get to me but it was when we had crazy postal problems due to snow.

Spoke to the guy on the phone and he was really helpful so give thata try if it hasn't turned up.

Never had a problem, and I made several large orders.

I know its a bit like Thread-nomancy, but just thought i would update. I still have had no luck contacting the company. I phoned up GW to see if there was any action they could take. But as i expected there wasn't, he could only apologise on their behalf etc. BUT we got chatting and it seems that even the trade department of GW has had problems contacting the company, also he himself had heard of many similar complaints. So all in all i would suggest the 'avoid at all costs' method. If you paid by pay pal it seems you can try to reclaim your funds if your order didnt arrive though.
