Red Blok and Therians are all sold. I took a $60 bath on the Therians but they're not taking up room in the house anymore, now time to decide what to do with the UNA.
AT-43 is still dead around here. The Army Boxes don't seem to have made any difference, and I've pretty much lost hope that AT-43 will get popular anytime soon. There's an argument for keeping one army around just in case the game ever picks up, but then we come to the question.
I've got OOP Star Troopers in the original camo scheme and both limited edition UNA figs...do we think UNA will get a nice price on eBay, or better to just hold onto them to see what happens?

Being the plutogratic dgs and scumbags that they are, there is no surprise no one likes them.... Collectivisms is the way of the future
Now seriously... here is Austria UNA is quite the main army of most.... only some weirdos like me like the Red BLok

I'm just looking to recoup costs...UNA auctions seem to do well on FeeBay, but I was curious as to community opinion.

I wouldnt give up on it entirely, once the ruleset is de-brainfarted its ok. Besides UNA.... how many ways do you want to spell guardsmen.

Some nice models in an otherwise lacklustre line. I wouldn't have a Therian army were it not for the fact I got one in my Damocles boxsets, all I really needed to add was a tiamat, Baal, medusae and Goliaths which are oddly enough the nice models in the lacklustre line. Again game quality is not really the only point, they can always be Necrons, perhaps they always were.

I have a huge UNA army.... granted I just got it for the fiancee.... she likes the mechs (AFVs).
I find them useful allies to the Red Blok.... but yes there background is a little DB'ish. Even when there home planet was invaded they seemed to let the Red Blok do all the fighting right up until the last minute..... what's up with that. hell they didn't even bother cleaning it up after the fact. Nice. The UNA is kinda like if the states had been under George Bush Jr. for about 500 years. Ya I said it. So must of you were thinking it.
I don't really jive with the way humanity is bared out in this or any other sci-fi game. Yes ok I can see nothing but war in a future where every other race seems to want to take sh$t from you.... but it seems like we just got more and more evil or couldn't come up with better ways to do anything but become one big ant hive of "must kill everyone".
I'm not trying to say we should be flower childern of a Star trekish federation but one wonders why humanity never seems to get a good balance going. My real problem again is that the avaian race hasn't gone... "Holly F'n A$$ crackers a messed up mechine race is trying to kill us with monkeys.....weeeee should probably deal with this one before raping each other".
In my AT-43 campaiges the Red Blok and UNA are starting to respect and co-operate with each other in a huge way. in fact I'll be posting...eventually...some pics of my modified Kossaks and molots that will be kinda "jucied up" with tech from a technology partnership developed by the UNA and Red Blok.
Crap I went on a tangent. sorry.
to get back to the meat of the question I don't think the UNA are all that popular around these parts. then again I'm pretty much the largest buyer of AT-43 in this neck of the woods.

Nice ideas, one of the problems is the continued hostility between Red Blok and UNA in the face of a renewed threat from the Therians. The xenos are such a menace something would have to be done. its a reply of the Allies and Soviets but with an even greater threat than Hitler to face off against.
My only explanation would be that the Red Blok and UNA are playing out old hostilities for the cameras but secretly are cooperating for the common good. This would make sense as not everyone would be in on it, many would likely retain old hatreds and it is good to appear divided in front of such a mighty foe, lest they take Avans seriously.
For your complete cooperation I suggest ultimately something along the lines of the UNA saying you make the chassis and provide the engines, we outfit the electronics and weapon systems. It wont by At-43 anymore, but the answer would be nasty.
Saying that the Therians could easily without much exagerration line up vast numbers of golems in front of the combined Avan armies, face whatever firepower was incoming and wait until their foe dropped from lack of sleep and ammo. Then walk forward and drink the lakes and rivers dry.

It looks like the firesale prices are officially gone...moving these at firesale prices should do alright, I think.
Then just the books, gaming tiles, other paraphernalia and that's that.
The good news is, if by some miracle AT-43 ever does get popular around here, the Army Boxes make it cheap just to buy back in just for the social fun of playing the game, which is all I'm ever really after.

The only firesale items for UNA are Newton, Borz, Shock Troopers and all the TacArms, except Death Dealers.
Everything else is up to normal price including Damocles sets.
