Who Will Win

I think Tyranids, they are "animals" and have swarms and swarms that are coming from outside the Galaxy so... they could easily overrun mankind.

But on the other hand if mankind has no enemies besides the Tyranids.... well I think they could have a lot of problems.

It really depends. Even in their current state of fighting of 'Cron, Tau, Eldar, DE, Orks, Chaos, and heresy from the inside, they still can hold of Tyranids. Eliminate all of those threats and go one on one, Imperium would no doubt win.
Only exception I could see is if the Tyranids, being extra-galactical, had more or better versions come in.

I reckon the bugs would win. (No, not the imperium-the nids). Because I remember reading somewhere (maybe in brb?) that the imperium had taken horrendous casualties from the hive fleets attacks. However, they think there still might be much more of them out there...they've weathered the storm well, but that's only the tip of the ice-burg....
