This should be in You Make Da Call
Rage means that if it is possible to charge a unit, you MUST charge it even if you can't harm it.

If you do not have the new (New? It's over a year old) rulebook, get it. We cannot give out rules wholesale. While Valkyrie explains it rather simply, there is a lot more to it than that. If you want to know more, buy the rulebook. When you buy it, read Page 76, first Paragraph.

Does that mean that one of us has to change our avatar?

Nope. Duplicate avatars are allowed. Just ask Hellfury.

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? While most of the time a sloppy post CAN be understood, the use of proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling is generally seen as respectable and desirable on most forums. It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

No, not at all. It's just that most people use the Avatars to identify posters. So when I See an Ork with an Acordian, I know is Orkestra, when I see a Raptor with a Gun, I know it's Orkosaurus, when I see Sean Connery, I know it's the Yakmeister.
And when I see some Random Anime Gif, I know it's Luna

That answer both omits a very important part of what rage does and includes something that rage doesn't do. To the OP, just look in the Universal Special Rules section of the main rulebook. You really should have access to one when you're playing anyway.

I just needed to know if it was useful with Mogul Kamir of it would get him killed in some impossible close combat situation.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

no mogul khan is not worth bothering with, furious charge gets cancelled out by the hunting lance rules and then rage makes your rough-riders charge the gretchin screen.
he's absolute gak and a disappointing waste of a cool possibility.
