So I've been playing on my N64 emulater quite a bit lately and I got this Japanese game i've never heard of before, Super Robot taisen 64 also known as super robot wars 64 apparently. It's pretty fun, but I can't figure out if theres an option to play it in english and I can't for the life of me find a translation. I was wondering if any of you guys could point me in the right direction, or if someone who knows japanese has played it before and could help me figure out how to play it properly. At this point I've pretty much figured out these unfamiliar symbols mean attack, and those unfamiliar symbols mean shoot a missle lol.

Some are translated unofficially by Aeon Genesis Translation Proclamation (AGTP).

Also, look for the ones with Original Generation or OG in their names, as they were American releases. However, these ONLY have original characters and Mecha, unlike the non-OG version, which have characters and mecha from anime/manga series, as well.

It can be tough if you don't know the language. I would try to start recognising what the basic options are, then try and find what each of your spells do. Those will be VITAL to your success later in the game (especially 100% dodge and Hot Blood).

The OG games on the Gameboy Advance were translated into English, and they're pretty good. They contain only the game company's original robots and none of the TV ones like Gundam.

64 wasn't that high profile, if I remember. It did come with some cool robots though (Vyrose, Earthgain etc).
