Below is a bit of fluff I wrote to go with a small diorama I'm working on. My wife suggested I write something as she wanted to know what was going on. I've written it in the same style as the start of one of Dan Abnett's books, but the rests all me.
I like it, and don't think its to bad fluff wise!

(Camera pans right, distant voices talking, camera flickers, something moves within containment tank)
(Camera pans left, two male subjects enter)
A man (Subject 1 (S1) ) in green Magos Organos scrubs walks across the room. - Interogative - subject is carrying a file, was this recoverd from site by kill team
(S1) turns, records identify (S1) as Magos Organos Krell,(re-clasify S1 to KRELL) a man (Subject 2 (S2) ) enter's frame, S2 is wearing standard project ---EXPUNGED FROM RECORDS ---
Security Enforcers uniform. Appears to be holding a Mk2 short pattern Lasrifle. S2's face obscured by hazard helm, identity unknown.
Voice (S2) - Hows your pet today (query)
KRELL turns to S2, Voice (KRELL) - I've told you before, it's not my pet I dont appreciate your suggestion that I would want that thing in my living quarters for company.
KRELL turns away from camera and moves into shadows by Holding tank, further movement obscured, S2 seems to be laughing. Noise from Holding tank, like nails on an obsidian board.
S2 moves approximately two standard feet towards Holding tank, stepping onto metal grate, grate appears to bear logo of our Holy Ordo with obscured writing - Start of writing appears to bare the letters CAUT -
KRELL steps back from shadow and partially turns head 45 degrees to S2, (Camera flickers/blurs) KRELL appears to be illiciting signs of fear/hate/worry unable to clarify.
Voice (KRELL) - Oh god (Noise - Scraping/cracking like an amsac glass breaking) how (pause) how is that possible thats hardened armourcry.
Noise from holding tank shadows, extensive glass cracking, unidentified screeching - query noise source KRELL
S2 bring's Mk 2 Short Pattern Lasrifle up (appears to be adopting standard firing stance), Noise from floor by S2's feet of metal breaking, KRELL turns from Holding tank to look at S2, face colour tone lightening - possible lighting unit failure.
Voice (KRELL) - Look... (indistinct yelling from KRELL)...beneath you, you fool........ Loud scream (Noise source S2?)
Camera focus's on S2, Gratting heavily damaged, blurred organic movement by S2's feet (Noise - Crunching bones???) unidentified hand/claw gripping S2's foot. Camera view blurs for approx 3 standard seconds (Archive shows time stamp similar to point -EXPUNGED FROM RECORDS- escaped from secondary holding area under pic source room
KRELL turns and moves quickly (Medical Records identify that this speed would be running for Magos Krell) towards area behind pict source, Noise - lasrifle fireing on full auto. (query ammunition stores with base commander)
S2 is firing weapon down through previously identifed grating, unidentifed organic matter on plating, S2 appears to be being pulled through grating.
Voice (S2) - Help me Magos, its going to ki......(indistinct screaming, source S2)
Noise - Hazard alarm sounding repetedly, distant shouting (???lasfire???), sound of blast doors closing
Blurred movement from shadows of Holding tank,(Additional, S2 appears to have been terminated, Administratum advised to dock last week of cycle 10's pay for failing to attend duty due to unauthorised death) something is moving towards KRELL.
KRELL runs out of shot Noise - Banging of hands on metal
Voice (KRELL) - Open the door you ..... (indistinct/expunged from records by auto censor).... its loose, let me out.
Noise - distorted auto message -warning bio hazard, containment doors sealing - warning bio hazard, containment doors sealing - ...... message continues throughout pict recording
Voice (KRELL) - No its not fair, let me out open these damm doors
KRELL steps back into shot, turns towards holding tank, Noise - Loud bang/explosion, muffled screaming (notation screaming appears to be eminating from facilitys internal comms systems) Lighting failure, room partially lit by red hazard lights, Camera blurring/focus shift......Pict lost for approx 8 standard seconds....Noise - Screaming/cutting noise (Query voice archives, KRELL screaming)
Pict recovers partial lighting only (Source appears to be pocket torch)
Voice (KRELL) - Get away from me, no no no, this isn't right, no........................
Movement on camera light source moves (appears to have been dropped, query by KRELL) Noise - Scream.......cut off suddenly, slight dripping sound
Blurred movement in front of camera, light source extinguished (last view of light, three taloned foot/hand, query archive foot matches records of - EXPUNGED FROM RECORDS -
Noise - Metal deforming/braking beneath camera, sound of door locks/gears breaking.
Voice (unidentifed, faint off camera) - Oh god its forced the door, how is it that strong, fire you fools fire fire now...... (noise - lasrifles/solid ammunition firearms discharging, screaming)
