Just wanted to see what everyone's doing for lotr at the moment!
Me, i'm converting multiple siege towers, converting my uruk-hai and re-assembling the forge world weathertop which i got off of ebay for £10.50. lol

Working my way through some old metal Uruk-hai scouts I found hidden in the shed, then its onto all the plastic ones I bought to go along with them 
LOTR stuff is a nice distraction from the mass of 40k stuff I need to paint.
