Can we get an option to disable just animated Avatars or at least disable the animation? There's only a couple people who have them, and I don't want to not see any Avatars, but the animated ones are really annoying and distracting to me.

You could adblock the individual images, I suppose. I don't have a problem with them myself.

About to eat your Avatar...

Well... I tried to make mine as non-disruptive as possible, while maintaining it's charm.

There are several awesome gifs on Dakka, especially the custom one, made by GoFenris for MGS. HUZZAH!

Your only options to block though, are through adblock, or using the ignore feature. You could ask an advanced feature of LegoBurner, but I think we can safely assume that no such feature would be high on the list of things to do.

Both your avatars are pretty cool, I like how you update them occasionally. I am pretty sure that The Dreadnote does his from scratch, do you as well Aduro? I think your current avatar is the best yet.

Too much effort for too little result when you can just use adblock, greasemonkey, or similar I'm afraid.

Oh no, mine are shamelessly stolen I'm afraid. Glad you like 'em though. In fact now you mention it, Aduro's are from a VG Cats strip as well. Take a look, you might enjoy it if you like our avatars.

Thanks for the Adblock tip, I'll have to try that out, as I already have Adblock.

As for my Avatar... What he said. The only one I "made" myself, was to change the colors on Link Kirby to give him a Santa Hat for a holiday Avatar. I normally rotate thru them in order, changing every few days or when I feel like it, but I jumped ahead to the Aliens Kirby in honor of the new `Nid Codex release. Otherwise...
