What do you mean by "Official"? Do you mean in novels(they're in Mechanicus), Fluff(can't think of any recent mentions), or rules(they're no longer any official Epic list)?

Knights are piloted by Knights funnily enough from Knight worlds, feudal planets whose noble lords maintain and pilot Knights. These worlds are linked with their neighbouring Forge World and provide assistance to it and the Adeptus Mechanicus as a whole.

They are still present within the current 40K timeline and they are still canon.
