Im English, I dont know why my flag changed, I havn't changed anything recently but firefox so I guess its down to that.

You have the Union Jack for me...
And ISP is Internet Service Provider. So if you switched who you got your internet connection from, your IP may have changed, which could make the flag change.
Have you tried clearing the saved information your browser has? (temp internet files etc?)
