Having looked into Warmachine and realising just how amazing their models are I'm thinking of starting. I plan on doing a Menoth force and ask if you guys could give me any pointers on how to start.

Get the Menoth starter box, and play a few games with it vs other starter boxes.

Where is the best place to buy one of those because i don't know of any local shops that sell them.

You could try Maelstrom games. The Menoth starter box is a good purchace. All the Warjacks in it are good and so is Kreoss.

Nah, what you've got is okay. Though I'd get other brands if you need to replace some used up (or dried out) colors.
