Hi guys, I'd been meaning to start one of these for a while now and so when a friend and I agreed to start new 40k armies it seemed like this would be the perfect opportunity to start. My friend is working on a Tyranid army and I decided to start Space Marines, specifically the Astral Claws as I love the lore of the Badab War.

Nice work on the freehand heraldry! And the muted metallic colours look great too! I'm always hesitant to use metallics as a primary colour for units, but you've made it look damn good! Cheers

Excellent start, can't go wrong with a bit of Badab War.

I do love to see Badab War models. Lovely. Better than mine, which are getting a base coat only for starters to get them on the table in HATE's Badab campaign.

Love to see more Astral Claws around, I been lurking Dakka for a good while. Finally registered to chime in!

I have 10000pts of Astral Claws so am always looking for more Astral Claw painters to admire there work!
