Hmm... the whole idea of "secret evil Tau" is workable (considering Chaos Marines and Dark Eldar :b ) but alliances with Chaos when you yourself don't follow Chaos (and in fact Tau have a negligable warp presence and have never had anyone fall to chaos) is a bit odd and the Dark Eldar/Ork alliances seem random and illogical. The norn queen could be a good thing to work with, but once it had a horde of sufficient size it would probably just kill the STau. Also, try to think of a name for a more menacing, legendary beast. Cobra doesn't quite ring the same bell as Kraken or Leviathan.

Maybe I could change the hive fleet name, i would have to discuss it with my friend first though.
