Subject: Bioshock Infinite! Now with Gameplay footage!
I have mixed feelings about the second one, to be honest.
Pros:
BIG DADDY!
Plasmids upgraded (I loved being able to summon security bots at will)
Big Sisters
Multiplayer, even if they didn't get it working quite right (I will say it was the most balanced multiplayer experiance I have ever played on any console, EVER)
Outside in the water
Cons:
Tanenbaum was a disapointment
As was Lamb
Short, very very short.
Nothing rivalled WYK reveal
The little sister twist was awesome, as was "Bring your daughter to work"
I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.
I never played Bioshock two, but I'll definitely be playing this. The early American Skypirate things is great, the setting looks amazing. I can't wait to see what the game has hidden. I'm glad this isn't just another underwater spectacle.

Do you remember that time that thing happened?
This is a bad thread and you should all feel bad
Pretty incredible trailer. Love the "Shock" games although I have to admit I'm more of a fan of scifi and the System Shock universe. Definitely will be checking this one out though.
I liked 2. But I would like to know how city in the sky relates to Rapture.
This is the first glimpse right?
Automatically Appended Next Post: Apparently it's not a direct sequel.
Automatically Appended Next Post: I have just looked it up on wikipedia.
Spoilers ho!
Plot:
Spoiler:
BioShock Infinite is set in 1912, prior to the events of the first two BioShock games, though it has little to do with the plot of the previous games. The primary setting is a city suspended in the air by giant blimps and balloons, called "Columbia". Unlike the secret development of the underwater city of Rapture, Columbia was proudly boasted by the American government when launched in 1900, centralized on the idea of American exceptionalism. Between its launch and the game's events, the well-armed city became involved in an "international incident", and the location of the city was soon lost from everyone else. Like Rapture, Columbia is considered a failed utopia, with signs present suggesting a theocratic government taking control at some point, and similar racial-purification concepts such as nazism. Columbia has been compared to a cross between steampunk and the Star Wars Bespin cloud city, as well as the airships of Final Fantasy settings.
The main character is Booker DeWitt, a former, disgraced agent of the Pinkerton National Detective Agency. He is hired by individuals, aware of Columbia's location, to invade the air-city and rescue Elizabeth, a woman that was abducted as a girl and has been in the air-city since. Though he finds Elizabeth easily enough, DeWitt quickly discovers that Elizabeth is central to the city's conflict, forcing DeWitt and Elizabeth to trust each other in order to escape.
Just a straight copy/paste. I'm a bit dissapointed tbh.

Expect my posts to have a bazillion edits. I miss out letters, words, sometimes even entire sentences in my points and posts.
I remember reading on IGN that they were going to make it as creepy as possible, and were seeing it as a challenge, because instead of the darkness and creepiness that is appearent in the other bioshock games, this one looks, on the outside, to be a bright summer day.
I'm excited to see how they pull this off. This game looks amazing. And there is also a sniper rifle!
May the the blessings of His Grace the Emperor tumble down upon you like a golden fog. (Only a VERY select few will get this reference. And it's not from 40k. )
they are going to need to bring in quite a few new things to keep it fresh. I just barely liked 2 so 3 is gonna need something that improves on 1 and 2. I'm interested but i'm very skeptical
