I had a word with my local GW store manager, and a necron update is confirmed for the new year...
Does anyone know anything more?

Right here. The format and everything is entirely misleading, I literally had a catch of breath when I saw the thread then experienced a great amount of heart break seeing it's false. Be more considerate of those who have so much to hope for and not much to expect.

Anyhoo I read rumors somewhere that Necrons were coming "early 2011" so hopefully it's true but who knows. For now if you want any new necrons, go buy the new centipede from forge world.

I'm expecting them in April, the Tomb Stalker, Fall of Damnos (April release), it's getting my hopes up. They've been said to be January 2011 for sometime, so hopefully it's true and they are released in April alongside Fall of Damnos. Wow I was so excited to see this topic, haha. Hopefully this will be true, can't wait.
