Not quite sure if this is the right section but anyhow,

I have just finished reading Fallen Angels, i loved the book it was great, however, i was looking forward to reading the story of the fall of caliban but the book just ended abruptly which dissapointed me to say the least. Is there another book that tells the story, a follow on book or a stand alone book?

cheers.

There are 2 in the HH series, but I'm not sure which is first, Fallen Angels or Descent of Angels. I passed on both.

Well, Descent of Angels is the first HH book for the Dark Angels. It describes the Lion's rise before the Emp arrived. Fallen Angels comes next. There will surely be more books for DA in the HH series, but that is all that is out right now.

Descent first, followed by Fallen.

As for the OP's question, no, they haven't addressed the actual destruction of Caliban yet. Considering it comes after the Siege of Terra and we're not close to that happening in a book yet, I'd say it's a long way off(if it happens at all).
