Hi There,
In this week’s newsletter we have some exciting news about how you can feature in a forthcoming Forge World studio interview, an update about our Winter catalogue supplement sheet, a reminder of our online wishlist facility and some information about our last postage dates for Christmas shipping. Thanks,
Ead Brown
Forge World Designer Interviews Coming Soon
Forge World has been inundated with questions for our Studio team over the past few weeks following the recent release of Imperial Armour Volume 9, Lugft Huron and our range of related resin kits.
We have decided to compile these into an exclusive online interview with sculpting legend Simon Egan and Imperial Armour writer Alan Bligh, focusing on the Badab War and associated releases, and we’d like as many of our customers as possible to be involved. So if you want to know exactly how long it took to sculpt Lugft Huron, or which Chapters are featured in The Badab War Part II, then this is your chance to find out!
Forge World Winter Catalogue Supplement Sheet Now Available
You can now download a free PDF of our most recent supplement sheet from the Forge World website. It includes the Eldar Hornet, which is available to pre-order now for despatch from the 29th of November, along with all of our most recent releases such as the Necron Tomb Stalker and Space Marine Armour Sets.
If you’d like to receive a free copy of our 2010 catalogue to assist you with compiling your Christmas shopping list, e-mail forgeworldcatreq@games-workshop.co.uk making sure you include your full name and postal address.
Forge World October Games Day Reviews Online Now
As many of our European customers may be aware, Forge World recently attended Games Day Italy in Modena, and Games Day Germany in Cologne. We have recently completed reviews of these great events and we will be adding more online content over the coming months.
Forge World Christmas Shipping
With November upon us, we have news of our final shipping deadlines for Christmas. These dates are subject to change, and we will keep you informed of any changes both in future newsletters and at www.forgeworld.co. uk.
As always, it’s best to order as early as possible to ensure that you’ll get exactly what you want. Your order should reach us by the following dates for delivery before Christmas:
Our last shipping date for Standard Delivery outside the UK will be December 6th.
Our last shipping date for Express Delivery outside the UK will be December 15th.
For our customers inside the UK, the last shipping date for Standard Delivery will be December 15th and the last shipping date for Express Delivery will be December 20th.

FW really has to get on the ball and only send emails if they have awesome new models to show off. Otherwise, who cares?

Probably because even if you personally aren't getting something out of it, someone else might be.

Could be worse. Could be the GW newsletter, which is about as useful as White Dwarf.

We're agreed on that one, HBMC.
But with GW they're still all in the "reactionary" phase of the Internets.

I wrote them an email last week suggesting to the person that they pass on my suggestion about them doing interviews.
Seems I was not the only one thinking it is a good idea.
It is very good news for me, as when they eventually get round to doing the warhammer forge interviews people will be able to learn about their thinking behind it all.

Glad to see them do that kind of thing. I still have my catalog from earlier this year. It seems weird without the tomb stalker

Hi There,
We have noticed that Newsletter 254 was sent out incomplete. Those of you keen to get involved with our Designer Interview, read on as the missing text is now restored!
To get involved send an e-mail entitled ‘Designer Interview’ to Forgeworld@games-workshop.co.uk and please include your name and location and tell us who your question is for.
