The only one I knew of was the dnd mini
Reaper has a goblin on a dog though
Beyond that you could make your own.

Hi Sorry the figure I was thinking of was actually riding a pony.

or a female one on a dog - looks like a poor sculpt though.

Depending on your budget you might want to look into buying mounted hobbits/halflings and just switching mounts....
