Black Templars are known for not being fond of librarians, and other xenos. Play as a intolerant space Nazi essentially. If there is a Librarian in your group play the rivalry well, without overplaying it of course. Make a effort to really read as much about Black Templars as possible, think of yourself as a crusader.
