Hi I know a few years ago GW reissued Space Hulk. I know the game has newly sculpted models.. but is it the same game? I have the last edition of space hulk and wanted to know if its different.. I know it has different missions and models but is that the only difference.

From what I've heard it sounds like it's "Similar" but not "the same."
To elaborate, it uses roughly the same mechanics, but the actual rules have been revised and a few sub-systems are probably different.
The D6 Generation did a pretty good review a while back of it. Might be worth a listen if you're interested.
The rerelease (was it 2010 or 2009?) was a one-and-done deal, so it's presumably starting to get a bit hard to find.

Short answer: Yes.
Longer answer: Mostly, but there are a couple of differences.

It's closer to 1st Ed Space Hulk than 2nd Ed Space Hulk, but given that the game has never really changed all that much anyway, it's still pretty much the same. As others have said, there are a few details that are different, but there are no dramatic shifts in the way the game is played.

Yep, some minor changes from 1st edition rules. Unjamming during Overwatch puts the person back onto Overwatch without additional AP, a new "Guard" action similar to Overwatch but for close combat, a bigger variety of weapons (that 1st provided with expansions), and so on. Still the core game, and I've read a lot of folks that play 1st edition with 3rd edition tiles, or vice versa.
