I'm looking for some individuals who are 21 years or older who would like to get together now and then for beer and games (or who do so currently and wouldn't mind a new face). I'm a noob at warhammer, but play strategy/tactical computer games like it's crack cocaine so will catch on quick enough once I get a good handle on the intricacies of other armies (I have only ever played my necrons against a friends dark eldar). I homebrew beer as another hobby, so all the better if you like good beer or homebrew yourself.

Too bad you are a few states away. Drinking and gaming go hand in hand for me though unfortunately not really my local gaming buddies.

Yeah... I didn't expect it to be this hard to find gamers who like beer aside from my brother and old buddy from school.

I have to say northern Wyoming is harder to find people to play with

Well let me tell you this then, currently there are four gamers including myself deployed to Iraq and are getting prepared to come home in March, we are all stationed at Fort Carson and plan on having game days (and yes lots of booze) so if you are interested to come down and play let me know and we'll be more then happy to welcome you in.

whrextheimpaler, I might take you up on that. Springs is a bit of a drive from Westminster but would be fine for a days worth of games. Maybe I'll get started on a Warhammer brew.

I live in Woodland Park. Its close to Denver the way the crow flies, but sadly is further away due to things like mountains and no roads going through them.

I will tell you that there is a good Denver community. Hit Augustus on these boards up. He is in that area.

Sorry, I had to.

I won't speak for myself, as I can't drink (yet), but I know that a few of us at one store go out afterwards and sometimes there are drinks to be had. While we game though, no. There's a large community though in Denver and someone would probably be more than happy to oblige you.

I play 40k.
I like beer.
I live in Broomfield and work in Westminster.

I'm a Scorpio and enjoy walks on the beach during sunset.

Tabletop gaming is much more fun when alcohol is involved. I usually bring a bottle of Captain Morgan with me to tournaments; I went with a fifth of Jack Daniels this past weekend, and my opponents and I had a great time! =D
