I love the idea of the techmarine, but both the servo arm and the axe are a bit weedy by GW standards. I mean, you can see that the axe haft only fills up half of the marine's grip-posed hand. If you can beef up your additions while retaining the basic look and feel of the weapon, you'll be golden. I really hope you can, actually - that gear axe head is badass.

On Crusade

thank you. I am working on a 2nd techmarine as we speak (building the servo harness from wire and plastic strips instead of using bitz and junk). that axe came from maxmini. the set came with a wicked set of swords and a med gear hatchet too.
