If you have an Ork Warboss created in your brain noodle or on the field, post'im.
Give a name, area, strategy(if something else than stomp, smash, chomp) and sort of army(WAAAGH!). Maybe a bit of history as well.
Why?
Feth if I know, I just think it's fun.
Anyway, without further ado, here's Toofstorm Ruk Smashinz.
When he was just a regular Nob, he was called Ruk Smashinz because he liked using rocks to smash his enemies heads in with... Well, rocks. Then he got rich after quite a lot of fightin' an' toof collectin'. And he started throwing his wealth at Mekboys, Squig-herders and lots and lots of stabby bits. He's not one for dakka, but he likes for his boyz to get in close, so they don't shoot him in the back. So the only shooting his little army does is done by tanks and very specialized shootas. Or as specialized as they get, anyway... Also, his army isn't very big. And he doesn't make up for that with stronger boyz. Anyway, his main stronghold is in a system around the northern edge of the Scarus Sector in the Obscurus Segmentum. So he gets to see some Chaos action.
I don't play Orks, I barely play Warhammer at all. Just starting my Chaos army, but I like Warbosses. So post yours

I do love me some fluff! Leader of my army is the Freebooter Warlord Gorfang Dregteef. A former Bad Moon warboss and leader of the Goldtoof Marauders, Gorfang fought under the banner of the Arch-Arsonist of Charadon before getting too greedy for his own good. He stole a decent amount of skrap and a small fleet of ships before launching towards the galactic center and the Maelstrom, looking for a good fight. Commands a small but wealthy fleet of Freebooters, mostly former Bad Moons and Death Skulls who have joined under his banner. Has a disproportionately high number of Burna Boyz and Meks under his command - fighting style is "churn an' burn" (rumble across the field in Deffrolla-equipped battlewagons to mash up the enemy, then fry any survivors left.) He's accompanied by his two Mek Boss underlings, who help keep his mechanical monstrosities in line. Wazsog Skumfug is obsessed with warp-based tech, and hopes that the closer they get to the Maelstrom the more weird things he can come up with. Rotgor Dakabag, on the other hand, is a former Burna Boy, and just as obsessed with torching things as his boss. He is, however, a bit more sensible, and wisely practices coming up with nifty contraptions to help the boyz get across the battlefield in enough pieces to still light up the enemy with their ever trusty burnas.

Ouze on GW: "I'd like to be like, hey baby, you're a freak but you just got too much crazy going on, and I don't hook up with bunny boilers. But then Necrons are going to come out, and I'm going to be like damn girl, and then next thing you know, it's angry sex time again.
It's complicated."

ok her's mine:
Trog Da Impaler
Trog was a minor bad moon warboss heading with his tribe to armageddon from his base in Ultima Segmentum to serve in Ghazkulls waaagh, en route his Kroozer was caught in a warpstorm and he ended up crashing on an imperial planet in the Melchoria system (my fictional guard recruitment planet is Melchoria) his lower body and arms were horifically mangled in the crash and would have died but for the modifications made by his insane big mek Dedkog, His body rebuilt into a huge suit of mega armour Trog began the conquest of the planet while his meks worked to rebuild his forces to Dedkogs mad vision.
Trog gained his name when the Imperial citizens of Melchoria IX discovered to their lament his fondness for putting people on spikes. During the siege of the capital he accused the whole city of lookin at him funny and subsequently ordered the entire populous to be Impaled on a forest of jagged spikes errected for the purpose in the ruins of the Emperors Cathedral, the remaining citizens of the planet coined the moniker and when Trog found out about it (and once he'd found someone clever enough to explain what it meant before he spiked em) he adopted it for his own use. Da Impaler's preferred method of war is mowing everything down with driveby shootings and burnings from his hoard of trukks and battlewagons before jumping out to stamp on "any bitz wot is still twitchin".
Trog now leads a vast mechanised force known as Trogs mekanized krumpany made up of his own bad moons and the survivors of an evil sunz warband who's boss dared to challenge him. In the space of 6 years he has already conquered 2 of the 11 planets in the Melchorian system with the 3rd ready to fall any day now, Melchorian Tacticians estimate that he will be within striking distance of the core melchorian recruitment and training worlds within another 2 and a half years.

Warlord Gorskar da Lost (he can't read maps) is currently, well, lost. Leading what started out as a very minor Waaagh! to Armageddon in order to take part in the Second War, Gorskar's space hulk and attendant kroozers ended up taking a wrong turn or three, and as a result are currently trying to find their way back to where they want to be. Along the way, he has picked up several other warbands, and now his Waaagh! is actually a fairly successful one, despite the random nature of it's appearances.
As a Speed Freek, Gorskar's personal warband is outfitted with a great many trukks, wagons and bikes, though as he has a soft spot for the sight of a Stormboy assault, he has recruited a great many of them to serve as shock troops. Over the years, he has also gathered a lot of Lootas and Kommandos, in order to outfit his forces from the gear of the defeated armies of the planets he lands on and thus keep the Waaagh! running smoothly.

I've got 2
Warboss Imbad Ironskull
After sacking a Imperial Forge World, Blood Axe Warboss Imbad became obsessed with Bioniks and is now a Cybork perminantly encased in a suit of Kustom Mega Armor complete with a servo klaw (attack squig). His Waaagh is based out of the Forge World and is composed of mob upon mob of cyborks, his army is notorious for scrapping everything they can to provide more parts for further augmentations. He is currently trying to find a Necron Tomb World to get "mor upgrades ta use from da' shiney boyz".
Warboss Grimskar Da Butcha
(WIP) When he was a Feral Ork Grimskar was captured by Dark Eldar slavers and taken to fight in the gladitorial games of an outpost world. It's unclear how long he fought but as all Orks do he grew to a monsterous size after countless years of battling the creations of the Haemonculi, the Wytche clans, as well as various beasts and other slaves. Despite the loss of his arm and eye Grimskar eventually overthrew his captors by killing the other captured Orks, as the spores spread throughout the Slave Pits Grimskar lead a rebelion against the Dark Eldar. When the war was done the Orks where the only sentient creatures alive on the planet. Since leaving the planet Grimskar has had is army and eye replaced with bioniks, his Waaagh is currently beseiging a world of Iron Warriors.

Lieutenant Occam was a sorry, washed up man. He had failed his trial to join his favorite Space Marine legion, the Crimson Fists. This all changed at the invasion of Rynn's world. As a PDF soldier, he could watch in awe at the spectacle of what he could have been, a Crimson Fist. Towards the end of the war, it became apparent that the Orks would lose and Rynn's world would become boring once more. Ina drunken stupor, Occam stumbled towards the Fortress Monastery, cursing the Fists and their mothers. All this changed when the missile hit. Occum had his legs torn off and became pinned winder a slap of pycrete the size of a Chimera. He would have died if not for the stumbling of the "Butcha" Throatsnik, a infamous Dok who was obsessed with "Umies". Throatsnik had a brilliant idea. If he could take the genius of a human, and put it in the body of an Ork, he would create an unstoppable fighting machine! Gathering his Grots, he ordered them to find the nearest dead Nob and bring him to Throatsnik. 20 minutes later, the grots returned. The Nob was missing the side of his head, and parts of his arms. "Perfekt! Getz me miez skalpal!" The surgery took more than 12 hours, but Throatsnik had done it. There was a human brain in an Ork body. He would never get the chance to savor it, though, as the newly-reincarnated Nob shoved a grot so far down the Dok's throat that it died in the foot. Occam was dead, and Okkum was born. Now a warboss, Okkum is a master tactician (He knows about the "Udder sidez" of the enemy, not just the front) and has a spot in his heart for Crimson Fists. Literally. Due to the unstableness of the transplant, the Space Marine organs were the only strong enough to support the amount of thinking going on in Okkum's mind. He scours the galaxy with his faithful "Blood Punchas", a satire of the Fists, searching for the hearts of Space Marines, so that he may contine Waaagh! Okkum for years to come.
Warboss Okkum
250 points
WS: 5 BS: 3 S: 5 T: 5 W: 4 I: 4 A: 4 Ld: 10 Sv: 2+/4++
Okkum may take 1 unit of Kommandos as a troop choice
Wargear:
Mega Armor, Twin lined big shoot, Dat Hangey Thing, Okkum's Razah, Jumpah Kables
Dat Hangey Thing: Stolen from a deceased Chaplain, Okkum noticed that it gives him a forcefield to protect him from the most lethal blows. It also looks very shiny. Dat Hangey Thing confers a 4+ Invul. save to Okkum.
Okkum's Razah: Looted from a Venerable Dreadnought of the Crimson Fists, Okkum has retro-fitted it onto his Mega Armor, with great results. As Okkum says, "The fastest way is alwayz da easiest way." Okkum's Razah is a Power Klaw that rolls 2d6 for armor pen.
Jumpah Kables: Due to the massive power needed to power the armor, a mek has outfitted Okkum with a battery that is very unstable. This negates the affect of Slow and Purposeful on Okkum. At the beginning of the movement phase, roll a d6. On a 6, this battery overcharges, zapping Okkum, but momentarily increasing his speed. Okkum gains Fleet for the remainder of the turn, but takes one wound, no armor saves allowed. All models within base contact also take one wound, saves allowed.- this battery's got juice. After this turn, Okkum's Razah become a normal close combat weapon, striking at initiative 1.
Special rules:
Furious charge, Kunnin taktics, Mob rule, Impromptu surgery
Kunnin tactics: As the only one in the Waaagh! with enough brains to realize that running headfirst into a fireline is not a good idea, Okkum has many strategies employed.
Okkum may select one Troop, Elite, or Heavy Support (No vehicles) without a dedicated transport to gain Infiltrate or Scout.
Impromptu surgery: As his heart starts to give way, Okkum needs another- fast. If Okkum did not kill any enemy units in the turn, roll a D6. On a 1-4, Okkum's heart stays stable- for now. On a 5-6, Okkum's heart fails. Any unit he is with suffers 2 wounds, no armor saves allowed, as Okkum rips the hearts out of 2 unlucky Orks to save his life.

My warboss is Gukkill Irongob a.k.a. "Da' Butcha uv' Bavgad" (pictured below and in my avatar pic).
Vid-feed image of Da Butcha:
Current location: The Bavgad system ( located in the same subsector as Medusa V)
Shortly before the Infamous Nazdreg's Hulk entered The Medusa system a small splinter fleet of ork vessels and roks broke away from it, moving toward the Bavgad system. It was led by an upstart Warboss named Gukkill Irongob, no longer content to follow in the shadow of Nazdreg, and eager to take out his anger over being defeated in the Piscina system the ships of Gukkil fell upon Bavgad Prime (an Imperial Manufacotrum world with a population of some 3.5 Billion recently garrisoned by elements of the Cadian 401st) in a nightmare show of slaughter. Within weeks hundreds of thousands of civilians has been put to the choppa and Gukkil had taken the self-appointed title of "Da Butcha 'uv Bavgad" in the process. Da Butcha had his sights on the manufactoreum complexes that dominated the capitol city of Golov, and with the Cadians of the 401st all but decimated it seemed that they would surely fall into the hands of the ork invaders. However a small group of vessels of The Ultramarines chapter had been sent to find Gukkill's fleet when it had been detected breaking away from nazdreg's Hulk, and the Astartes had rightly predicted that Bavgad was their destination.
The Ultramarines made planetfall in their customary way via drop pod and Thunderhawk to bolster the crumbling Imperial defenses held by the Cadian 401st and strike at the rampaging ork forces looking to overrun the city.
The battle for Golov has now ground to a bloody siege: surrounded by orks intent on overrunning it and looting all, and a combined force of Ultramarines and Cadians desperately attempting to hold back the the green tide.
The campaign linked in my sig leads to a thread detailing the battle for Golov.
