Subject: Dust Tactics Hobby Weblog -- Painted German Forces

Finished a squad of Laser Grenadiers tonight.
I used just a bit of Rust All on the canisters to represent the potential toxicity of the laser technology to the troops. This is not officially in the fluff; I intentionally did make the Laser bearing troops much darker and grittier than the rest of the German infantry.

Nice! I'm not a huge fan of having all the models painted up for the snow terrain, though some look nice in Winter gear. The green hose makes a nice little splash of color too.
I saw where Paulo is coming out with some alternative bases too... http://www.dust-models.com/products.php?nid=18
...will be waiting eagerly to try my hand at popping some guys off their bases.

Dust models are the same size on the same size bases.
The only ONI models anyone seems to have left are Army Boxes and Type 1 Zombies.

Raarrrr go figure the only thing i need for my project is no where to be found.

Thanks Green Git, I am fond of snow terrain although I know it is hopelessly cliche!
