Three arms?

Is it supposed to be a conversion of the mandrake special character ( whose name I've forgotten)?

If I were to offer any constructive criticism, it would be that while the colour choices are good, it's seems a little flat. Perhaps some highlights on the chest and "skirt" to define it more. Maybe a dark wash first to show the recesses?

OT: I'd try to bring out the blue alot more.
Looks pretty flat as it is.
If you want a more area lighting effect i'd wash it heavily to mute it out, then build up some highlights.

I'd have to agree with jackal. The model seems to be lacking a large amount of highlights. Things seem rather flat, though your definitely on the right track. I don't personally understand the three arms but if it is supposed to the named character (the decapitator?) then it makes sense. For the clothing on him, you could wash it with a brown or dark red and rehighlight with the base color to make it stand out a little more. Doin well overall though

I like the color choice a lot.
The robes need highlights, or a wash, or both.
The hair needs going over again.
The body could use some more blue as it is for the most part unpainted.

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to agree with jackal... Your first post wasn't anything to do with the painting simy a quick criticism of the OP lack of the word do in his main title. And Jackal was merely stating his to you and then you decided to get all moany about it and retaliate by remarking on HIS spelling and lack of apostrophes and other doohickys in his posts.

But back to the main point here ^^. Maybe a bright green wash could applied to the runes on the models chest? Loved the mandrake model... Hate their rules which is a MASSIVE shame... Also I'd love to hear from you once you get Around to using him as I've been half tempted myself to MAE him...

Generally one's user name is not used to convey essential, or even useful, information. User name is irrelevant. One could have a user name of complete gibberish and it would not effect the ability of others to understand their posts.

I think a layer of wash would pull the blue on the body together and bring out the details too.

Ive wanted to see a conversion of the decapitator for a long time and you have done a verry good job.
