Painted this entire thing by hand. Sadly there's no Ultramarine Blue equivalent spray that I can find.
I have planned for my entire army to basically paint these as if they were in a campaign. As I play more games with the army, I'll start adding weathering to the tanks appropriate to the table's setting, add battle damage to significant shots that didn't kill the tank (Like a Melta in half range rolling ), and so on.
Any tips on how to do such things?

Really awsome i like it nice and clean. But since it looks like you have mastered those basic techniques you should start trying more difficult techniques im sure it'll look awesome as well plus that eagle looks really cool.

That seems like a really cool idea for the weathering.
The OCD Hobbyist within me suggests highlighting the panels, and painting the bottom of the scroll bit where some blue has got on it, but that is because he is a perfectionist.
Otherwise, that is really good for a first tank. Well done

What kind of advanced techniques are you referring to?

I believe that Army Painter has one in their line that is supposedly spot on, or very nearly anyways.

They don't. A while ago, I used the Navy Blue color primer thinking that it was a match for Ultramarine Blue, and found that it's too light of a blue. I thought Magic Blue from Vallejo Game Color would be a match, but failed. I had to strip about 20 models or so.
Crystal Blue is too light just by looking at it.

Vallejo's Magic Blue is equivalent to Citadel's Enchanted Blue - almost all of their shade names are plays on the names of matching GW's colors. I believe the color you're after is actually named Ultramarine Blue, although by their chart it looks a tad more violet than Citadel's. I used a Krylon Navy Blue satin spray to basecoat my Crimson Fists, hoping it was a very dark blue, but it ended up being almost a dead ringer for UM Blue - too light for my needs. You might want to give it a try. Make sure to use the satin spray as a gloss will repel water based paint and require sealing with a matte acryllic spray in order for the paint to stick.

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money
"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell
