Ive had this game for my Wii for some time now, and just yesterday decided to give it a shot. Im hooked. Its so friggin violent and bloody and I stab people to death and blow up tanks and buildings and all kinds of gak. Why havnt I ever heard/played this game before???

lol Yea its got a couple versions on it. Like I said Ive never played it or anything until now so Im guessing its like Metal slug/metal slug 2 or whatever is appropriate.

But yea Im having a blast playing this game. Theres just so much violence I cant help myself

Kingcracker, I envy anybody getting to play this game for the first time.

Metal Slug made me love video games. I own the anthology, and have beaten it multiple times. It makes me laugh when people tell me their games are "Hard". I put them on world 8 of Metal Slug 2 and watch them suffer.

I adore Metal Slug. Awesome enemy and level designs, a great sense of humour, and it's really fun. Although I usually play it on an arcade emulator where I can give myself infinite credits...

Thats the one game i spent as much on as Marvel vs Capcom.

I was thrilled to see it on ps2 and i can play it all i want without putting 50 cents every time i die!

You can actually take time to look at all the hilarious things happening in the back ground without worrying about dying + more quarters!

Agreed, Ive died a few times looking at the background and laughing. I beat the one with the GIANT alien monster guy at the end the other day. Holy gak was that stage hard I think I died a good 20 times on that stage alone
