Khurasan Miniatures have made a really weird looking beast in their 15mm range. He might look pretty nifty in someone's demon army. Priced at $29.99
http://khurasanminiatures.tripod.com/little-carinthia.html
We're very pleased to release our newest demon model is resin-and-white-metal - Great Ba-He- Mot, the colossal Lord of the Pit, called "Behemoth" by some ancient peoples.
The model is resin, and comes with three white-metal sets of horns for greater durability. All three sets are included in the kit.
Although nominally a 15mm scale model, it's easy to see from the following image that Great-Ba-He- Mot would make a horrifying foe to 28mm or even 40mm models as well:
In the above image, the wicked one is shown with a robed 15mm Ocotpus God cultist, as well as with some of its upcoming minions, the cruel little Imps of Ba-He- Mot. Note the 10mm grid on the tabletop - he's huge!
The model is available now. Thanks to our own SpaceJacker Supporting Member of TMP for painting it up.

Careful Khurasan!
That head vaguely resembles the old KoS head and the old minotaur heads!
Not a fan of it.

That website is brilliant. I just spent about half an hour browsing through all the different stuff they have. The blurbs for the miniatures are hilarious. I'm tempted to order some stuff just because of them.
