First off, the admiral needs to be in the most expensive ship so he'll be in your Emperor. Which I'd say is a good thing, when you want that ordinance to reload you'll want reliable leadership.
I've never had much luck with the dauntless, but I think that's more my fault as an admiral than a fault with the ship.
I might put all of the sword classes in one squadron. They will lose one or two ships moving into range so you should design escort squadron assuming two losses before you get in to range.
All in all it looks good to me though.

Imperial Admirals do not need to be in the most expensive ships, that's chaos warlords.
The Emperor already gets a +1 to it's leadership, so unless you roll terribly, he should indeed be in the dictator.
I have found the dauntless a valuable ship myself, as long as you don't push it down the front line and expect it to hold up like a standard cruiser. Also remember due to it's low stats that halving and rounding up means that conversely, it actually does very well when crippled as you don't lose nearly as much as you do from a standard cruiser, also rotate the two dauntless as they move, so that once one is taking damage, bring it's sister onto that flank to take some hits.
OP, The list is good, consider assigning one of those two duos of swords as protection for your emperor.
