Wow the raven looks awsome well done! the models have to much paint on them, but the colour skemes are good!

I think that thinning the paints will go a long way. As stated above your schemes look solid it is just that the paitn is a bit thick. The DE piece looks very nice IMO. I find that dropping a few drops of water on my mixing surface then just takine the loaded brush to the drops thins it enough. This way you can take some back to the pot if needed to thicken it up more.

Your colors are very flat - it looks like you could use some shading and highlights. Dark Eldar especially benefit from sharp, high-contrast edge highlights. So far you've done a good job of blocking in the colors, you've just got to take things to the next level.
