Hello again,

This is my Terminator Chaplain for the salamanders chapter. I kept the original metal body as its probably one of my favourite miniatures. I this uses the claw arm from the Lugft Huron miniature from forgeworld, I cut the claw at the elbow and rotated it, I feel it makes it look more menacing. Then a simple conversion of a assault terminator shield arm and a spare hand and storm bolter. I like how it has turned out, down to the chaos helmet that I have painted in The Dragon Warriors colour scheme. But my favourite thing about this model is the claw arm, a very simple but effective, I think.

please guys tell me what do you think? Room for improvement? ( I know there is! lol)
many thanks
Lord K

Oh and P.S. sorry for the bad pics, my camera isn't the best.

That looks awesome. The red helmet is ridiculously distracting, though. It needs to be toned down imho.

cheers for the reply, I agree in the photos it does take away from the rest of the model, in the flesh though it is no where near as prominent.

I don't think the helmet is distracting at all, I say leave it as is...I love the conversion, I always thought that model was so epic and you have made it more so...just out of curiosity, what is the right arm from?

I love the dark paint job you gave him. Was his base hand made or prefabbed?

Walk in the shadows and deliver the Emperor's justice into dark lairs of his enemys. Strike from the shadows and let them fear the very darkness they call home. Embrace the shadows for when all others would be driven mad we shall remain whole.

Beautiful Variant for a Chaplain... has it custom rules or does it count as a Crozius?

A nice job, overall, but I'd prefer the bone and parchment elements to be a bit lighter. As they are, they're menacing, but get a bit lost.
