LoneLictor on thread about an ork choking the Emperor:
LoneLictor wrote:I like to imagine the Emperor kills so many Orks that he ends up half buried beneath a pile of corpses, with only his head sticking out. A lone grot stumbles across him, and starts choking him.
Then Horus comes across the lone grot, somehow managing to kill the Emperor, and punts it into space. |

Nice painting - just a shame you've got mould lines left on the models :(
Also, drilling your barrels would really look good

Love the color scheme, they look great.
Any chance you can run through the process of painting their armour?

Sure, I start with black primer. Then I drybrush or paint all the things I want metal with chainmail, then I paint down a base coat of Codex gray. Once Dry I drybrush a layer of Fortress Gray making sure I get the majority of the edges, once dry I paint all the parts I want gold with Shining Gold. Then I do a light drybrush of Skull White, then I wash it with delvan mud. Once the wash is dry I then do a light drybrush of skull white again and paint the rest of the details.

Looks great, I was doing that techinque myself when I lost vision of what I was doing with it. It's inspired me to try again.
