I love the blue, nicely done.

however when I saw the model "the circus comes to town" popped into my mind. I think that's mainly due to the strong green. I would tone that down quite a bit.

LOL! That's a fair criticism, it's pretty vibrant. Perhaps washing it down with Badab Black to dull the colour wouldn't be such a bad idea.

Surprisingly I like it. I'd wash the blue with an Asureman Blue and then wash the green with a Thrakka Green. It'll keep everything vibrant but at the same time it will add some shading and break up the model a bit.
