That really depends on a few different factors...

To me, and of course ymmv, these are a few points to consider:

1. How easy are the units to play, as in how many different rules do you need to remember?

This one comes down to how many types of models you´re going to have. At first my recommendation would be to do either pure infantry or pure tank lists, and small. So a 500-600pts list, try it and see if you like it.
I haven´t found a specific type of list that is easier than others, but mechanized infantry is seen as difficult to master at the LFGS I frequent.

2. How much is there to paint?
This may not apply to you if you don´t paint at all, but other than that, FoW infantry lists have a huge amount of models, and can be time consuming to paint. Tank lists can be done in a week or so, with spraycans, decals and a normal brush for tracks and details.

3. What kind of army is visually appealing to me?
This might have been better as the first point. Basically, whatever army you choose you´re going to be looking at it on the table, and it´s no fun playing something you don´t like looking at. So consider whether it´s big hulking tanks, infantry waves, mechanized forces or something else entirely.

A good thing about starting small is that mostly you´ll be able to use whatever models you buy if/when you change to something else. For example a unit of Panzers will do fine in a Grenadier company, and vice versa.

As a final point, I haven´t seen a "Super" list for FoW yet. There are some lists that are silly good against specific types of enemies, but they will fail horribly against others.

I hope you find something that interests you, if you need advice later in the process, just give a shout.

Another thing for you to consider is how much are you willing to pay?

Unlike most of the allied lists, FoW Germans can fairly easily get up to Fearless Vets and the associated increase in points. I know I started with fallschirmjagers because it allowed me to field an army quicker with less cash outlay as they were fearless vets.

Well I love Tank Lists (Mainly ones that have lots of Panzer IV's or Lots of M4 Shermans). I also love painting 15mm models. and Price is not a factor for me. I'm 16, working at a super-market with money in the bank I dont know what to use for, cept 40k

I was looking at Panzerdivisions Ost. Is that a good army to start with? Just though I'd ask because I mentioned earlier that I like Panzer IV's

Wait I found PDF briefing on the BF ite (Its not an Armored Division but anyways .) It's the 51st Highland Division. It's about 585pts in total

HQ

Company HQ-Troop Carrier-40pts

Combat Platoons

3 Rifle Squads-140pts

3 Rifle Squads-140pts

Support

3 Sherman I's and 1 Firefly-4 40 cal MG's-300pts

Is that a good army to start with, I was thinking off getting some anti-tank guns after that?

But would 25 pdr field artillery do better then some anti-tank?
