Hello!

Today I finally finished my very own and first proper bit of Tyranid terrain, a reclamation pool.









It's my first real piece of terrain and I am quite happy with it.

Please let me know what you think. Tips/criticism/questions are welcome.

They are the pools that digest everything when the Tyranids are done killing it.

Hah yeah, I like picking my own colours for everything.

That's...so organic looking. It has a very fleshy look, very visceral. The original Alien movie (which Tyranids were inspired by) went out of it's way to give a sexual overtone to the alien costumes and scenery. You've done a good job with that here, I think.

Played this thing as impassable terrain in a few games, might be interesting to start treating it as dangerous now that it's finished it's a very creepy thing to have on the table, though...

That looks awesome....Pink is a far more organic colour anway so I prefer it...I personally would have toned down the shade a tad perhaps but I always prefer a muted look so I guess it's just personal preference.
