I tried to load the crack to Play Oblivion without the CD; it did nothing of course, and now when I try to start Oblivion even with the CD, it doesn't even get to the title before it crashes and says "Oblivion has stopped working." Does anyone know where I can get the Original non cracked Oblivion.exe so I can at least play it with my CD drive?

Usually a reinstall would work but im guessing you are trying to avoid that.

Tbh a fresh install is all i can think of atm.

I could still have all of my saves if I did a fresh install, right?

I tried to just run it from the disk but that didn't work either oddly enough.

Providing you move your saves to say your desktop then reinstall Oblivion then yes you will keep them.

The main hassle for me with Oblivion reinstalls is that I need to get all my mods installed which can take a while.

Or I guess a better question would be what folders are saves stored in?

The saves should be under documents\My Games\oblivion.

It may vary from XP to Vista to 7 though.
