In short, I got a Relic Contemptor Dreadnought and it was missing one of the little kneecap guards. Dont have the package or anything since it got thrown out. Girlfirned called them and explained to them what was up. They took my address and email and said they would send a email conformation when the part was being sent out. Just curious if others have had them send a email confirming parts and such also or not?

They have taken to recasting individual parts now instead of re-sending complete kits as well, so it does ramp up the replacement time.

Depends on what it is. My Heirophant legs were sent as soon as I confirmed batch numbers. So they obviously keep some on hand for parts.

I recently had to have some parts for epic warhound titans & shadowswords replaced (they actually replaced the whole order).
I never received any conformation email about the replacements.
When I asked if it was necessary to replace the whole order, as I wasn't trying to scam freebies from them, they said yes, as it wasn't worth just casting a couple of bits. They did ask me to e-mail some photo's of the damaged parts along with batch no's for confirmation.

I've had very good success with FW phone support. Everytime I had an issue and talked to them, the issue was resolved quickly. I never received any kind of e-mail confirmation for replacement parts. I wouldn't sweat not getting an e-mail. Give it a reasonable amount of time for them to ship it to you (2 weeks max for me) and ring them again.

As an aside:
Unless they have changed things, you can check your Account Order History, and you should see the replacement order's status that way.

I don't remember if I got a confermation E-mail when I had a missing piece of my Titan. I just remember that I got the piece the day after I reported it missing. They sent it uber fast postage
