I am going to be starting on a a Fow German late war army.So here is my questions.
How well does the models mix with battle front,I was looking at buying some Command Decsion models ,Peter pig and plastic soliders company products.Alll 15mm.
One of are players found a T series Sherman the one with the Rocket launcher,is their one for flames of war and also what book?
Adept con made a Patton model for 2010 is their any rules for him anywhere so he may be used.
thanks, for any replies especially if someone has comparsion piks from the manufacturers.
The late war Germans are either going to be a Panzer tank company or Mechanized infantry.

I think in scale terms all of them are OK. The only problems you may have are if you mix and match different manufacturers within a unit together. For example, if part of your infantry are FoW (with their slightly balloonish heads) and then the more realistically proportioned Plastic Game company miniatures, obviously it might be possible to see a disparity between them.
Also I have heard that the FoW tanks are a little taller than they should be for scale, although again this is a problem that may exist across manufacturers. I can completely understand getting Peter Pig miniatures however, I think the level of detail they have achieved for 15mm is stunning. In general terms, having seen PGC tanks alongside Battlefront and Zvezda there was no immediately obvious disparity between them.
Sorry I can't help with the Sherman question, AFAIK I don't think so although I haven't bought any of the FoW books recently!

Fortress Europe is late war and doesn't appear to use the calliope rocket launcher for any of the allies.
That's all for now...

Stuff like the Calliope (the Sherman with rocket launcher rack on top) will probably show up in the late-late war books like Market Garden or the future Battle of the Bulge book. That one should have a lot of the crazier Sherman variants, such as the Jumbo sherman and other things like the Pershing.
Fortress Europe is an old book that's spread pretty thin.

This is a comparison I have found of PSC Russians compared to BF Russians:

Overall, BF are much chunkier, but if they are not based together, I think they can look fine in an army together.

I have both PSC and Battlefront mini's, since PSC doesnt do special weapons yet, and even based togeather you cant really tell unless you are looking for it. Some of the older battlefront stuff is really bad.
