In reworking my eldar, I decided to convert the models from plastics, mostly eldar guardians. Each model in the army will be unique.

For my interpretation of banshees, in form the inspiration is hoplites, incorporating a crest, spear and cloak. I decided that a shield would make the banshees appear more heavily armored and slower than they are in-game.

The coloration and free handing is inspired by mayan codices; it is mostly the dull color of weathered paper, but punctuated by vibrant colors. Complimenting the parchment color is a weathered copper. The free hand takes after mayan iconography that is comprised of runes that fit into squares balanced with larger scenes and depictions.
